As a functional consultant, I Identify, explain, design and implement the right solutions and processes for the implementation of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution. Working as subject matter expert and trusted advisory in Microsoft Dynamics 365, I advise in business terms about how to transform their business in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and can translate it into the functional and technical requirements for our Dynamics 365 developers working to implement the solution.

Working with customers to identify their business requirements, and discover, document, and analyse key organisational processes. I effectively plan and document project phases, and manage ongoing development of functional specifications through discovery, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Through effective marketing consulting, I help create and manage email marketing campaigns and events management implementation. Analysis and reporting functionalities, to measure the success of previous marketing activities, assess customer preferences, plan and initiate new campaigns. Using the bulk import of data, automatic removal of duplicates and tracking of opt-ins/opt-outs,  will increase the efficiency of your campaigns. 

 The training and development needs of users are assessed, after which the evaluation, design, development, and roll out  of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 training program is provided.
